Won't Get Fooled Again? Of Course We Will! Take 9/11 as a Case In Point

James Corbett asks whether Humanity
is more "woke" than before the Iraq War
h/t to Jody Paulson for the video

James Corbett of "The Corbett Report" blog has asked for our opinion on whether humanity has "woken up" since we [the West] were "fooled" into the Iraq War.  Here is the response that Greencrow posted in the comments section of the YouTube video:

The Public, unfortunately, is determined to be unawake. It is part of their self-image and self esteem. They cannot be seen to be "conspiracy theorists" believe in things like "9/11 being an Inside Job" would destroy them mentally.

Sadly, I arrived at that conclusion years ago after trying in vain to "wake up" those who were closest to me.  By observing and analysing their reactions--and extrapolating from that exercise to the general population--I concluded that most (at least 75%) of humanity is hardwired to be "herded".  They don't want to, or can't, think outside the box...It is in their genetics--their DNA.  I suppose there must have originally been some evolutionary "selective" reason for this herd mentality, but obviously in this "nuclear" age it has turned out to be a profound deficit.  It could lead to our extinction as a species and the death of planet earth.

Let's just look at the case of 9/11.  It should be obvious to anyone who watches a video of the implosions of the buildings, particularly building 7, that the explosives were pre-planted.  But because we were told by the "authorities" that a gang of al qaeda terrorists took the buildings down by driving jet planes into them...the herd simply cannot use their own eyes to deviate from the "official story"....they will not believe "their own lying eyes".

If you take them step by step through the myriad of implausibility's about 9/11  and "force" them to look at the implosion of building 7, which was not hit by a plane.  Then they will become very angry, turn on you and shout "I DON'T CARE!  I JUST DON'T CARE!!!

That's what I mean in the comment above...about how admitting that 9/11 was an inside job would "destroy them mentally".  You can see it in their eyes...they simply cannot make the mental leap to the MOST LOGICAL premise--that some entity would be so evil as to have planted explosives in the buildings and brought them down with 3,000 deaths at the time and thousands more since...resulting from the radiation in the buildings.  They need to have a foreign, dark-skinned "terrorist" boogyman to have driven a plane into the suits their comic book mentality.

And speaking of the unspeakable horrors of the 9/11 atrocity:

New Yorkers fleeing Pyroclastic, Toxic
 Blast of 9/11 Implosion

I read a few weeks ago that New York celebrity Jon Stewart is leading a movement to shake down New York Ziofascists for more Shekels for Silence.  This is the slush fund set up to buy the silence of the victims' families.  It's now running dry and the perps need to top it up.  With the workers who cleaned up the contaminated Ground Zero all dying of radiation cancers, the slush fund is more important than ever.  How appropriate that tribe member Jon Stewart is leading the cause. Jon should be able to hit up "Lucky Larry Silverstein" for a couple million shekels at least.

And also recently in the newz, Donald Trump was quoted as saying "I think I know who was behind the 9/11 attacks."  Can you imagine?!  The President of the United States of America says he thinks he knows who was "behind" the attacks and nobody follows up with a "Who Was It!!!????" or calls a grand jury together for Trump to testify before. No.  Nothing further is said about it.  That just proves my point about most Western excuses for humanity not being mentally able to "handle the truth".

Oh, I do believe humanity will eventually accept that the WTC buildings were wired with explosives and even "suitcase" nukes. Just not in our lifetimes. Just like Galileo, the sentient amongst us are condemned to keep repeating "Eppur se Muove" until the day we die.

Then in a hundred years....when everyone remotely gonnected with the crimes are gone...[if there is still a human civilization on this planet] there will be an official government apology and an acceptance of the truth. Just like with Galileo.

UPDATE ON G20: Xi speaks with Trudeau on sidelines....without Freeland

China's Xi and Canada's Trudeau
(Trudeau's eyes look like two pee holes in the snow)

CTV News in Japan: Trudeau, Xi speak at the G20

Xi took Le Dauphin aside at the G20 and had a few moments of private conversation with the Canadian Prime Minister.  This was big news for Canadians who had been prepared by the MZM not to expect a direct conversation between the two.

It is likely Xi and Trudeau spoke about the looming issue between Canada and China which began when Canada kidnapped Meng Wenzhou, the Chinese CEO of China's flagship company, Huawei.

Since Canada broke international and Canadian laws by kidnapping Meng at the behest of USrael, for extradition there, there have been a series of escalating tit for tat maneuvers between Canada and China.  China arrested a couple of Canadians and charged them with spying and has also cancelled some lucrative trade arrangements with Canadian farmers and ranchers.  Suffice it to say, this has not gone well for the USrael vassal, Canada.

But Canada cannot extricate itself from the pickle without incurring the ire of the "Bull in the China Shop" (puns intended) Trump-ridden USrael.  Our "Soros mole" in the Federal Government, Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland, was unable to get even a meeting with her counterpart Foreign Minister in China.  Trudeau himself, in an enormous humiliation, did not get a response to his request for a word with the Chinese Premier...never mind a word with Xi himself.

So this latest development is indeed a breakthrough.  The best part is that Freeland was "frozen out"* of the brief hallway meeting between Xi and Trudeau.  Only their interpreters were there.
[NOTE:  Freeland was actually outside the room trying to drum up support from other G20 countries to pressurize China]

No, Wait! Greencrow As the Crow Flies' only official, paid, roving reporter, "the Fly on the Wall" was also in attendance--and reports the following conversation:

Xi:  Justin, I don't have much time here so I'll get to the point--as soon as you drop the extradition charge against Meng, we'll see what we can do about your spies:

Justin:  Just a minute, can I call my Foreign Minister?  I can't say a word unless she's here.

Xi:  No time for a foreign minister!  Just you and me, mano a mano.  Are you going to drop the charge against Meng?  If you do, we'll reinstate the trade relationships vis a vis Canola and Canadian meat that we had prior.

Justin:  But, but, but...perhaps we can talk later and try to bring in Trump.  I'm not allowed to speak to anyone without consulting with either Trump or Freeland.  Sorry.

Xi:  Then what the hell are you even doing here?

Justin:  I have to apologize (TM) Xi, but I need to take a bathroom break, check my hair and see whether my tie's straight....before we go back before the cameras.

If he Can't Get a Word in Edgewise With Xi...Then What's He Good For?

Justin Trudeau

In the Good Old Days, when Canada used to be considered a sovereign country by the world community of nations, we could always count on our leader being able to get in a few words of chit chat with the other leaders at the G20.

Trudeau is off to Osaka for the G20 tomorrow, but he apparently is not allowed to speak personally with Chinese President Xi.  Gawd, he can't even get a meeting with the Chinese Premier anymore.  The best he could do was plead with Trump to put in a good word or two when Trump meets with Xi. Relying on "the dotard" to put in a good word or two is capricious, at best.

So, in that case, what's le Dauphin good for anyway?  Why is he getting the big bucks and the government plane....if he can't even talk with the other leaders anymore?  Canadians need to wake up and realize that as a nation...a nation with the second largest land mass on the planet...we don't even have the clout of Bora Bora anymore.

UPDATED: Is the Canadian-led Foreign Opposition to Maduro Plotting his Assassination?

UPDATED:  June 27, 2019 More details about the attempted putsch against Maduro are emerging and are included in this report from  I have included some salient points in my earlier post.

Maduro Accuses Lima Group Opponents
of Hatching Murderous Coup

The Saker has a video [above] reporting that Maduro recently discovered a murderous plot being hatched against him by his opponents, including Imposter USurper Juan Guaido, and some South American countries, members of the "Lima Group" led by Canada's neo-Nazi foreign minister Chrystia Freeland.  Maduro appropriately calls these plotters "fascists".

The plot was supposed to climax in the murder of Maduro and his wife last Sunday/Monday and the installation in the Miraflores Palace in Caracas of an opposition general who is currently in prison.  The plot included an armed assault on the prison and the breaking out of this general.  From

Communications Minister Jorge Rodriguez revealed on Wednesday that a large scale plan was set to be executed on June 23 or 24. The operation allegedly included the assassination of President Nicolas Maduro, National Constituent Assembly President Diosdado Cabello, and other high-ranking officials.

Maduro condemned the latest plot, accusing the opposition of looking to seize power through a “bloodbath.

“They talked about a killing spree that could last two or three days,” Maduro said during a televised event. “How can a better country emerge from all that death?” he asked.

Venezuelan authorities claim to be in possession of 56 hours of intercepted communications, as well as confessions from several accused plotters who have been arrested. Among those detained are former officers from Venezuela’s special investigative police force, the CICPC, and the dissolved Metropolitan Police, as well as active and retired military officers. Several other alleged conspirators remain at large. Venezuela’s Attorney General Tarek William Saab likewise announced on Thursday that an investigation has been opened..."

It all came to naught because Maduro loyalists infiltrated and secretly recorded the conversations of the plotters.

If this is indeed the case, then it would appear that Canada would have had blood on its hands, had the coup attempt gone forward and been successful.  Isn't it high time that Canada stopped involving itself in bloody regime change plots and stuck to democracy?  Canadians are fed up.  We cannot get rid of Freeland fast enough in next Fall's (s)election. If the Liberals maintain power, she's going to drag us into despotism and we'll all have foreign blood on our hands.

Better Drag Out Tulsi's Doppleganger Again....Because Tulsi Just Won the Democratic Debate by a Landslide!

UPDATED:  June 27, 2019 Watch the video link HERE to catch the highlights of Tulsi Gabbard's participation in last night's Democratic debate.

Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard

What to do...What to DOOOOOOO!? The Perps must be crapping bullets.  Tulsi just won the Democratic Party debate by a landslide!  Please read the following report and I will have more comments to follow:

NOTE:  CBC long time editorialist, Neil MacDonald doesn't even mention Tulsi in his op-ed.  This shows Canadians how much the CBC has been taken over by Deep State Warmongering Perps.

The Drudge Report political website posted a surprising instant poll showing that its visitors believed Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii was the overwhelming victor of the first Democratic presidential debate, polling at almost 35% with 12,314 votes.
Tulsi Gabbard also won the Washington Examiner poll. by a strikingly similar margin - 34.15% for the Hawaii congresswoman and 23.06% for Warren.

Screen Shot 2019-06-26 at 11.16.10 PM.png

Although unscientific, the two polls indicated that the Hawaii congresswoman, 38, who had attracted attention for her silver-streaked hair and denunciation of President Trump's "chicken hawk cabinet" had made a major impact on the nine-candidate stage.

An Iraq war veteran, she served in the Hawaii Army National Guard and was also deployed to Kuwait from 2008-2009. In her January 2019 campaign kickoff, Gabbard promised to end regime change wars and to only authorize war on direct enemies of the United States. In the debate, she promised to end America's wars, saying: "This insanity must end."

Gabbard's most famous international foray was to Syria in 2017. In Damascus for a “fact-finding” mission," she met Syrian dictator Bashar Assad, who stood accused of using chemical weapons against his own people during the country’s civil war, killing hundreds.

In April 2017, she said she was “skeptical” the Assad regime was behind the attack and called for an investigation after the U.S. launched a missile strike in response. “Assad is not the enemy of the United States because Syria does not pose a direct threat to the United States,” she said.

The second-youngest of the 25 candidates in the Democratic race, she is married to Abraham Williams, a cinematographer and surfer who is seven years her junior. She was previously married to Eduardo Tamayo, her childhood sweetheart, divorcing in 2006 after four years of wedlock.
Her closest competitor was Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, who was polling at just under 13.5% and 4,791 votes. Julián Castro of Texas and Sen. Cory Booker of New Jersey were polling the lowest with less than 5% each."

Greencrow says:  I didn't watch the debate other than channel surfing through it for a moment or two.  I saw what I expected.  Tulsi was at the far end of the long row of debaters and the camera avoided her like the plague.  It focused on a couple of male dimwits who made Trump look like a regular Einstein.  Gawd!

But she must have had a chance to get away a few bon mots because, low and behold, she won the debate...probably because she was the only candidate with an IQ above 75.

The perps are gonna go crazy with this one.  So far they've been able to marginalize and minimize and outright ignore Tulsi.  Now they have to move to another strategy.  They've got to destroy her character.  You can see an inkling of how they'll do that in the last two paragraphs of the above report.  Younger husband, eh?  A divorce in her background to muckrake eh?

Or, perhaps they'll just continue to focus on someone I call the "Tulsi Doppleganger".  I don't know anything else about this individual that the media obsesses about, "AOC" or Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez  except that she takes up a lot of media space that in normal times should  be devoted to Tulsie.  It's a familiar strategy.  I call it the "political doppleganger" effect.

Don't want to talk about someone?  Find someone similar to satisfy the public's curiosity and mix up the two.  After a while, the public will get used to the doppleganger and forget about the real individual.  Then, as a twist, destroy the reputation of the doppleganger...or whatever.

Yes, whatever the new strategy that the perps will now have to employ...they simply will not tolerate a sane, qualified, independent human running for the presidency of USrael.

Pipeline Woes - First Nations chiefs say Feds wouldn't even sit at table for "consultations"

Trans Mountain Terminal Map of Burnaby, BC

Something significant happened in Canada the other day that was barely noticed in the news.  An Alberta First Nations won a big federal court decision over a land claim.  IMO, this shows how the Federal Court and potentially the Supreme Court of Canada, as it is presently constituted, feels about First Nations land rights in Canada.  Please read the following snippet from the CBC and I will have more comments to follow:

Blood Tribe wins massive land claim battle in Federal Court

Southern Alberta's Blood Tribe, the country's largest reserve, has won part of its 40-year land claim battle against the federal government.

On Wednesday, a Federal Court judge ruled in favour of the Blood Tribe, finding that Canada shortchanged the band when the boundaries were drawn as part of 1877's Treaty 7.

The reserve stretches 1,400 square kilometres across the southwestern Alberta prairie, from west of Lethbridge and south to Cardston.

Justice Russel Zinn considered evidence including century-old government reports and maps, handwritten letters and oral history from Indigenous elders. In 2016, Phase 1 of the trial began on the Blood Reserve with elders giving an oral history of the First Nation.

Although Zinn ruled the Blood Tribe should have been more than 160 square miles larger than its current size, he denied the band's bid to have its boundaries include specific land "between the rivers to the mountains."

Lawyers for the First Nation also argued the town of Cardston and part of Waterton Lakes National Park should be included in its territory, but that part of the claim was rejected by Zinn.

Zinn did find that the band did not get all of the land promised by Canada, which used a formula to calculate how much territory it should get based on population. The judge found the Blood Tribe had a bigger population than what the government suggested and was entitled to more land as a result.

In a 205-page written decision, Zinn ruled Canada was in breach of Treaty 7 and that the Blood Tribe was entitled to 710 square miles of land. The reserve is currently 547.5 square miles.

"Canada is liable to the Blood Tribe for this breach of treaty," wrote Zinn.

A separate hearing will now be scheduled to address compensation for the First Nation.

The government has 30 days to appeal the decision on what's become known as the Big Land Claim to the Federal Court of Appeal and could take the case to the Supreme Court of Canada.

The chief and councillors for the Blood Tribe said in a statement that they are hopeful the government will not appeal."

Greencrow: Now lets apply that legal precedent [and all the other legal decisions that I've mentioned in previous posts on this issue] to the Trans Mountain situation. Here's a report from today's Vancouver Sun that says BC First Nations have had NO MEANINGFUL CONSULTATIONS WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SINCE THE GOVERNMENT WAS ORDERED TO CONSULT WITH THEM BY A PREVIOUS COURT DECISION. What?

Originally published in the National Post:

“.....I felt like I wasn’t even being respected or even listened to,”
said Coldwater Indian Band chief Lee Spahan, describing his interactions with the federal government in recent months.
In the eyes of my council and myself, it was pretty much a waste of time,” he said.

Coldwater has been among the Indigenous communities most fiercely opposed to the Trans Mountain expansion project, saying the project threatens to spoil a crucial freshwater aquifer that it has relied upon for generations.

Spahan said he met in person with Sohi only once, and was afterward forced to consult with lower-level federal officials who did not possess the authority to provide definitive answers to his questions.

The head of the Tsleil-Waututh Nation also told the National Post that discussions with federal officials did not amount to a “consent-based” process, while the leader of the Squamish Nation cast doubts on the meaningfulness of the consultations.

All three communities were parties to the federal court challenge that stalled the Trans Mountain project in August 2018. In the final court ruling, a lack of access to cabinet ministers and other high-level officials was cited as a main reason why the government failed to meet its “duty to consult.”
The Indigenous claims come as the National Energy Board (NEB) prepares for a decision on whether it will reinstate the Trans Mountain project after July 9, when a comment period on the project is scheduled to end. Such a decision would effectively allow construction of the line to move ahead.

The regulator would not say how long a reinstatement decision would take.

Trans Mountain Corporation, the public company overseeing the expansion, must still complete 34 out of the 98 pre-construction conditions imposed by the NEB, and must secure a number of construction permits, some of which will require additional consultations with First Nations. It also has yet to secure detailed route approvals for 27 per cent of the pipeline.

Leah George-Wilson, chief of the Tsleil-Waututh Nation in B.C., said her community had numerous meetings with federal officials, but said the Liberal cabinet approved Trans Mountain without a complete understanding of how diluted bitumen would interact with water in the event of an oil spill. She argues the decision was therefore premature, causing the community to lose faith in what she refers to as “consent-based” consultations on the pipeline.

“We’re not saying that we didn’t have any consultation, we just didn’t feel that they were meaningful,” George-Wilson said.

In the decision by the Federal Court of Appeal, the absence of high-level government was cited as a major reason for the government’s failure to meet its duty to consult.

“If there was a good opportunity for the community to present the information concerning the impact on their rights directly to the minister, then that might go a long distance in responding to the issues raised by the Federal Court of Appeal,” Newman said. “If it was a sort of meet-and-greet and then the minister handed things off to other officials and nothing came of it, that can mean a different kind of scenario.”

Spahan of the Coldwater Indian Band, for his part, said his community still believes that the government failed in its duty to consider an alternative pipeline route proposed by Coldwater, which would take a wide detour around its traditional lands.

He said his attempts to raise issues with the project with high-level officials were denied, including a request to meet with Indigenous Services Minister Seamus O’Regan.

“How could they call this a government-to-government consultation when the ministers won’t even sit at the table with the Coldwater band and council?” Spahan said.

Trans Mountain Corporation could start construction on the expansion project as early as September, company chief executive Ian Anderson said last week.

The Crown corporation already secured rights to build the expansion project along a corridor leading from northern Alberta to the B.C. coast, but has only received detailed route approvals for 73 per cent of the pipeline.

While the company seeks approvals for the remaining routes, construction is set to begin on some portions of the pipeline, particularly at the Westridge terminal in B.C. and on a section of the line between Stony Plain and Edson, Alta.

The proposal would nearly triple the current capacity of the Trans Mountain pipeline to 890,000 barrels of oil per day."

Greencrow concludes:  It seems to me that the only way that the Trans Mountain Pipeline Expansion will get built is if Trudeau and the Liberals fix and stock the Supreme Court of Canada with puppet factotums.  Perhaps that is the backstory to why former Canadian Attorney General/Minister of Justice Jody Wilson-Raybould and Trudeau parted company a few months back.  I did read that Wilson-Raybould, an indigenous leader in her own right, had qualms about Trudeau's ideas for amendments to the SCC judge appointment process.

If readers look closely at the map above to the top right there is a marina with boat slips.  Greencrow's sailboat is moored at one of those slips.  My partner and I will have to thread our way past the 7x greater number of huge oil tankers that will be gridlocked in a procession from English Bay through Coal Harbour under the Second Narrows Bridge to the Terminal.  Factor into that, the massive expansion of the passenger cruise liner industry which sees enormous passenger cruise ships sailing in and out under the narrow Lion's Gate Bridge passage also to Coal Harbour.

The folks in the rest of Canada have absolutely NO IDEA of what we're talking about here.  We're talking about the destruction of a city.  We're talking about the end of British Columbia as we know and love it.  Ain't gonna happen, folks.  Take your fucking pipeline and shove it!

Huawei Update: What Can Happen When You Back The Wrong Horse--FUBAR

Canadian Cow
Le Dauphin had a sheltered upbringing.  Consequently, he never learned what happens when you back the wrong horse...whether in horse racing or in life.  Today he ALSO found out the hard way what happens when you throw all your eggs into one basket politically.  According to the latest MSM news, China has now banned all Canadian meat.  That is in addition to banning Canadian Canola seeds. That should make the Canadian ranchers in pivot province Alberta very happy [sarc].

This is just the latest in a steady escalation of punitive measures China has imposed on Canada ever since the infamous arrest last December 2018 of Huawei CEO Meng Wanzhou by the RCMP at the Vancouver airport.  She has been held under house arrest ever since.  A trial has been scheduled for 2021 to determine whether or not she can be extradited to the United States over charges relating to sanctions that the US placed on China [which Canada has no part in].  Generally, a person cannot be extradited to a third country if the crime(s) they are accused of are not crimes in the country holding them for extradition.
This fundamental principle of international law was again brought to the attention of the Canadian Federal Government just yesterday via a letter from Meng's lawyers.  Please read the following report from the CBC and I will have more comments to follow:

************************ Lawyers for Meng Wanzhou call on Ottawa to end extradition proceedings

Lawyers for Meng Wanzhou say it would be in "Canada's national interests" to drop extradition proceedings against the Huawei chief financial officer. Meng's legal team is asking Ottawa to assert Canadian independence from the United States by ending a legal proceeding that could render the executive to the U.S. for allegedly violating sanctions against Iran.

The normally tight-lipped lawyers say they submitted an argument to Justice Minister David Lametti following reports former prime minister Jean Chrétien floated the idea of Ottawa cancelling Meng's extradition as a way to thaw out hostile relations with China.

Canada is at a crossroads respecting the United States' request that Canada extradite Ms. Meng, for conduct that could not be an offence in Canada," the lawyers argue. "Over our history, the Canadian government has stood up for Canadian values, including the rule of law, even in circumstances where this has meant a departure from American foreign policy initiatives."

The statement is signed by the four legal heavyweights preparing Meng's defence in the lead-up to her B.C. Supreme Court extradition hearing, which is expected to begin next January.

The 47-year-old was arrested at Vancouver International Airport last December on a stop over from Hong Kong to Buenos Aires. According to an indictment unsealed in January, Meng and Huawei face 13 criminal counts of conspiracy, fraud and obstruction in the U.S. The charges relate to an alleged scheme to circumvent sanctions against Iran through a shadow company in Tehran that prosecutors say was actually controlled by Huawei. Meng is accused of lying about the relationship — putting U.S. banks at risk of violating sanctions.

The case has thrown Chinese-Canadian economic relations into a tailspin and seen China arrest two Canadians accused of spying and sentence two more to death for alleged drug offences. The arguments echo submissions Meng's lawyers have already made in court, but they come after news both of Chretien's interference and a CBC report that Beijing ignored a personal attempt by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to meet with China's premier.
The statement comes at a time of heightened tensions between the United States and Iran.
Last week, Iran shot down a U.S. military drone — an action followed by U.S. President Donald Trump's last minute decision not to carry out a retaliatory strike because it would have killed 150 people.
Meng's legal team notes that Trump withdrew from an international agreement aimed at limiting Iran's nuclear capabilities and has since sought to introduce increased sanctions on the Islamic republic. Canada has not followed suit. They say that Meng would never face a similar prosecution in Canada because "only the U.S. has sanctions laws prohibiting foreign banks entering into U.S. dollar transactions for doing business with foreign companies that sell commercial goods into Iran."
The argument speaks to the principle of "double criminality" at the heart of extradition law: that a crime in the country seeking extradition should also be considered a crime in Canada.

'Nothing to do with Canada'

Besides — Meng's legal team says the lies she is accused of making allegedly took place in Hong Kong in the presence of non-Canadian bankers.
"Canada does not police the conduct of foreign persons in foreign lands that have nothing to do with Canada," the statement from the lawyers says.
Meng's lawyers refer back to Canada's 2002 decision — under then-Prime Minister Chrétien's leadership — not to join the U.S.-led coalition which invaded Iraq; they say Canada must occasionally depart from American foreign policy.
"Canadian governments have had to make difficult decisions, sometimes at odds with the foreign policy initiatives of its allies, including the United States, in order to assert essential Canadian values of human decency, fairness, tolerance and respect for human rights and the rule of law," the lawyers say.
Beyond the press release from Meng's lawyers, the submissions to Lametti have not been made public. The Department of Justice would not confirm receipt of the letter from Meng's legal team, but said "Canada is a country that respects the rule of law" in an emailed statement to CBC News.
The statement also cited the provisions of the Extradition Act in dealing with the case.
According to extradition procedure, the minister of justice has an opportunity to weigh in on a case once a decision has been made to commit a person for removal to another country. Documents obtained by the CBC under Freedom of Information say Trudeau has also been told that there "are no examples of the Minister (of Justice) discharging a case for political or diplomatic reasons."
Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland's has rejected the notion of simply cancelling Meng's extradition at this point.
Meng is currently living under a form of house-arrest in one of two multi-million dollar homes she owns in Vancouver, after being released on $10 million bail."
Greencrow says:  This whole case is about driving a wedge between Canada and China.  Prior to this debacle, Canada and China were warming up their trade and diplomatic relations.  Last year, 2018 was even called the "Year of China and Canada Relations" by the two countries.  What a way that year ended!  I'm glad I had the opportunity to visit China before the iron curtain fell down between the two countries of Canada and China.  Ironically, it was the same when we visited Turkey a few years ago.  A few months later, the Sh!t hit the fan between the US and Turkey over the Gulan attempted regime change debacle.

Canada has been forced to do what I call the "humiliating test of loyalty".  This is a request by a superior power to humiliate and/or degrade oneself in order to "prove" loyalty to the power and/or as an initiation/hazing when joining a clique.  When I had a brief brush with politics back in the 1980's, my humiliating test of loyalty was to write letters to the local papers [which would be read by friends and family] that expressed views that I did not necessarily subscribe to, but which the MP wanted to see in the papers.  Humiliating tests of loyalty are standard SOP in politics...whether at the local, provincial, national or international level.

That is what Trudeau and Freeland acquiesced to...instead of saying, right off the bat: "Sorry USrael, we cannot do that for you because it is against our national interests."

So, now the initial humiliation has compounded itself one hundred times as our trade is being descimated and as our spies languish in foreign jails.  Speaking of which, I saw the following interesting comment on one of the forums recently:

Chinese arresting Michael Kovrig wasn't a mistake since he works for integrity initiative crisis actors funded by George Soros. I doubt you'll see that factoid in western media."*

*How much do ya wanna bet the Canadian spies trial will take place in China at exactly the same time as the Meng Wanzhou trial takes place in Vancouver????

Greencrow: In conclusion, this episode has gone from bad to worse. If Canada maintains its stance regarding China/Meng Wanzhou, our trade with China could be destroyed completely. If, OTOH, Canada finally and belatedly asserts its sovereignty--and tosses the extradition case, then that will give USrael a prime opportunity to do what it has always wanted to do anyway.

What Canada SHOULD HAVE DONE was, as soon as Meng was arrested, get a legal opinion that said more or less what her lawyers said in their legal letter quoted above, and release her with no charges.  Then we could have said to USrael:  "Sorry, we tried to do what you wanted but our independent [and legally astute] court system wouldn't allow it.  End of story.

Getting back to posting on this blog after a few days spent with visiting family.  Summer is officially here and I'm "officially" on summer time now....trying to relax and be outdoors as much as possible.  At this time of year my posting generally becomes a bit more erratic timing-wise.  We're starting to prepare for our several weeks long summer sailing trip and that will be a factor for the next two months.

As an aside, I notice Google/Blogger is [again] going crazy with my stats.  One day the hits are well below average and the next they're up in the 4,000 hits per day range.  Good thing I stopped believing in the Blogger stats years ago.  We bloggers are simply NOT ALLOWED to know how many readers we attract with our postings.  None of our 'bidness". UPDATE:  I think Google/YouTube is reviewing all my posts and disabling the YouTube videos in them.  This is the only thing that can possibly explain 10,000 hits in ONE DAY.

Anyhooooooo, I couldn't resist returning to one of my favourite Donald Trump is surely the most labile and "unprofessional" [there's very few other words to describe his approach] president in history.  Today, we consider his response to the Iranian reaction--in sheer self-defense, shooting down a US surveillance drone that was encroaching their air space.  This from RT:

….Tuesday’s rhetorical stand-off follows several recent escalations in the ongoing conflict between the two countries. After Washington accused Tehran of attacking two tankers in the Gulf of Oman, Iran shot down a US surveillance drone for allegedly violating its airspace. While Trump says he called off an actual military strike against the country at the final moment, he has since imposed new economic sanctions, promising they would not be the last...."

Trump has totally flipped the reality and is acting like the aggrieved party.  Now he's up to punishing the Iranian leaders for having the temerity to do their job and protect their country.  He's calling Iran "aggressive" when he ordered the breaking of the JCPOA treaty AND has been surrounding Iran with military equipment and soldiers for months. Please read the following snippet from the "Voice of Satan" the BBC and I will have more comments to follow:

US-Iran crisis: Trump lashes out at 'ignorant and insulting' statement

Donald Trump has lashed out at the "ignorant and insulting statement" released by Iran after the US president announced fresh sanctions against the Middle Eastern nation.

The tweets came after Iran's President Hassan Rouhani said the move proved the White House was "mentally retarded". Mr Trump said it showed Iran's leaders "do not understand reality".

He unveiled the sanctions on Monday, saying they were a response to recent "aggressive behaviour" by Iran.

The sanctions target a number of individuals, notably Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who Mr Trump said was "ultimately responsible for the hostile conduct of the regime".

The US has alleged Ayatollah Khamenei has access to vast wealth which helps fund the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRCG). In a 2018 op-ed, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo suggested it was as much as $95bn (£75bn) and was "used as a slush fund for the IRGC".

But Mr Rouhani questioned why the US would single out a man who he said only "owns a Hoseyniyyeh [prayer venue] and a simple house", calling the sanctions "outrageous and idiotic".

He also said it suggested the US is lying about wanting dialogue.

But Mr Trump said the only thing Iran understood "is strength and power, and the USA is by far the most powerful military force in the world".
"Any attack by Iran on anything American will be met with great and overwhelming force," he added in a tweet. "In some areas, overwhelming will mean obliteration."
Who do the new sanctions target?

Some analysts said the sanctions were largely symbolic, although the US treasury department said the measures would lock up billions of dollars in assets.

Mr Trump said the measures would deny Ayatollah Khamenei, his office, and those closely affiliated with him access to key financial resources and support.

The treasury also said it was also imposing sanctions on eight senior commanders of the IRGC's navy, air force, and ground forces, including the head of an air force unit that the US said had ordered the shooting down of its drone last week.
Who is Ayatollah Ali Khamenei?
Profile: Iran's Revolutionary Guards

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif - who was the country's top negotiator on the nuclear deal - would be targeted later this week, it added...."

Greencrow says:  Trump's reliance on braggadocio about the US having the "greatest military force in the world" is patently indicative of his lack of confidence.  If you have the power you don't need to brag about's just there.   The United States may have the largest Defense Budget in the world...nobody's arguing on that point, but due to colossal flops like the F-35 jet and all those "sitting duck" white elephant aircraft carriers...and especially due to Putin's revelations in his March 1, 2018 speech...the United States could do with a decade or two to re-tool and upgrade.

But I have to take issue with Iran too.  Iran needs to come out of the dark ages and raise its awareness about developmental disabilities.  No longer do we use the words "mentally retarded" to describe those with deficiencies in their intellectual abilities.  "Developmentally challenged", "cognitively challenged" would have been more politically correct. Or "uniquely challenged"...or "uniquely abled".

In this day and age it is insulting to those with developmentally unique abilities to call them "mentally retarded".  Iran should try to be more respectful to those all over the world with developmental challenges...and be more socially inclusive vis a vis its precarious diplomatic relationship with Trump.

"A general', 'operators' could be behind US intrusion: Iran

A "General", "Jack D. Ripper",
from the black comedy "Dr Strangelove"

The criminally complicit MZM is now on hyperdrive, trying to minimize and distract from the planetary near death experience of a few day ago when "someone" [we know not who] ordered a military strike on Iran.

Some in the alternate media are making fun of it, like this brilliant piece from "The Onion", while others are desperately trying to wake the somnolent American Talmudvisioned populace up to how close they came to incineration.

The most reliable source of information about the averted crisis is the Iranian national news network, PressTV.  There is no reason for them to lie.  The Facts, res ipsa loquitur, speak for themselves.  PressTV speculates that only one "general" or a small group of operators could have initiated the aborted attack as a rogue operation without the knowledge of the legal authorities, including the president.  Please read the following and I will have more comments to follow:

"...It may be that the violation by the Americans has been carried out by a general or several operators," head of the IRGC’s aerospace division General Amirali Hajizadeh said on Saturday.

"We are not aware of this issue, but this is a violation of the international aviation regulations by a spy plane that faced our natural response," he told state news agency IRNA...."

"...Nobody provides us with any defense equipment, including missiles and defense systems. Hence, we provide all the equipment we need self-sufficiently," [the Iranian spokesperson] he said.

"For example, the advanced American spy aircraft, which recently violated the territorial space of Iran, was targeted by an all-Iranian system," he added.

'Fire to interests of US, allies'

Another Iranian general warned the United States that any aggression against the Islamic Republic would have serious consequences for US interests across the Middle East.

"Firing one bullet towards Iran will set fire to the interests of America and its allies," Armed Forces General Staff spokesman Brigadier General Abolfazl Shekarchi said.

"Today, the situation in the region is to Iran's advantage.

"If the enemy -- especially America and its allies in the region -- make the military mistake of shooting the powder keg on which America's interests lie, the region will be set on fire," Shekarchi warned."

Greencrow says:  But, but, can the above holocaust be avoided?  Given that USrael is in the midst of a covert civil war.  The sane versus the insane...with the latter winning most of the skirmishes thus far.  Can you imagine the brazen, cold-blooded planning that went into this latest caper?  Sending a $160 million dollar piece of military equipment to sure destruction...not to mention the accompanying reconnaissance plane carrying a crew of 35 innocents to the slaughter.  It was the ultimate False Flag catastrophe, averted at the very last moment.  Oh, and I pasted the second part of the PressTV report to remind readers that it was the Iranians who gave the Khibiny technology to Russia.  We have NO idea how advanced the Iranians are...but I certainly would never sell them short.

Here's Moon of Alabama's theory that Trump was not in on the decision to send the mission against Iran.  Well then, who was?  It is just a microscopically tiny indication of how fu*ked up the USrael government is, that this question is not even being asked?  NOBODY IS ASKING WHO ORDERED THE MISSION!  Trump is being blackmailed into taking the official "blame" so that there won't be an 'effed up is that!?

And the entire world is being blackmailed by either one "general", let's call him "General Jack D. Ripper" or "Jack" plus a few other "operators".  That's what it's all come down to.  Remember the movie "The Wizard of Oz where the curtain is pulled back to reveal one crazy old man with a "wind machine"?  Remember the plot of Dr. Strangelove, where a nuclear WWIII is started by one demented general?  THAT's how it's all going to end.  At this point of time, with absolutely no sane leadership anywhere in the Atlanticist West [and that definitely includes Canada], and with "General Jack D. Ripper" still on the loose...that seems to be the inevitable outcome.
