The Greater Evil?

SSA (Syrian National Army) fighting to
free Palmyra from "Daesh" (ISIS)

This past Easter holiday weekend, the papers and the Internet were full of stories about the Syrian army re-taking the ancient city of Palmyra from the Western proxy army ISIS. They accomplished this through the support of the Russian airforce and Russian ground-to-air logistics experts. Apparently one Russian logistics expert became a posthumous hero by calling in a Russian air strike on himself when he found himself surrounded by ISIS proxy mercs.

When the victorious Syrian army surveyed the priceless historical/cultural landmarks that had been seized by the foreign proxies...they found much destruction but declared it "mendable". Russia promised to help in the restoration. Having traveled through Europe, Germany in particular, I know that patriotic citizens can work wonders restoring historic buildings destroyed in allied bombing raids. When we visited Cologne a few years ago...buildings were pointed out to us that had been restored from pulverized rubble...brick by brick to the exact replications of the original centuries old buildings....it was amazing.  But, then, it is a job for someone and a whole lot of "experts" need to be employed...and it will never be "authentic"...it will be like going to Las Vegas and seeing the really neat replicas of the Eiffel Tower and the Venice canals.

What I'm wondering is what movable statues and other artifacts were stolen under the cover of war. This is a really big bidness for the "usual suspects" who are, after all, the colonizers behind the proxies who are destroying the indigenous peoples and their belongings...to pave the way for the Eretz Israel from the Nile to the Euphrates.  In forty or so years...will some priceless vases and frescos (or heads cut off statues as in the link from the New York Times) show up in some Zionist museum or in some very wealthy persons' "private collection"? This is the way things are done...the common collective indigenous memory is scraped clean and then in some newer "scrubbed" context...the artifact is re-introduced as an objet d'art.  On the University of British Columbia campus...you can visit the excellent "Museum of Anthropology" and view the native masks and carvings, carefully preserved behind glass.  These were removed from the villages...just before the small pox epidemics hit.

Of course, the re-taking of Palmyra by Assad's Syrian National Army is probably viewed as but a minor annoying setback in the minds of the colonizers. The US State Department...which is fronting for the Zionist colonizers...called Assad's victory "the lesser evil" between it [the Assad 'regime'] and ISIS.  But watch the video...Mark Toner has great difficulty mouthing and then swallowing the words which are fresh out of the "crow pie" he is being forced to eat. The Zionists even have the proxies killing each other in the service of the Greater Project.

By the way...whatever happened to the Assyrians of biblical times? We always hear about the Syrians but where are the Assyrians?  They were supposed to be a formidable foe.  Did they morph into the Syrians?

The Destruction of SennacheribBy Lord Byron (George Gordon)

The Assyrian came down like the wolf on the fold,
And his cohorts were gleaming in purple and gold;
And the sheen of their spears was like stars on the sea,
When the blue wave rolls nightly on deep Galilee.

   Like the leaves of the forest when Summer is green,
That host with their banners at sunset were seen:
Like the leaves of the forest when Autumn hath blown,
That host on the morrow lay withered and strown.

   For the Angel of Death spread his wings on the blast,
And breathed in the face of the foe as he passed;
And the eyes of the sleepers waxed deadly and chill,
And their hearts but once heaved, and for ever grew still!

   And there lay the steed with his nostril all wide,
But through it there rolled not the breath of his pride;
And the foam of his gasping lay white on the turf,
And cold as the spray of the rock-beating surf.

   And there lay the rider distorted and pale,
With the dew on his brow, and the rust on his mail:
And the tents were all silent, the banners alone,
The lances unlifted, the trumpet unblown.

   And the widows of Ashur are loud in their wail,
And the idols are broke in the temple of Baal;
And the might of the Gentile, unsmote by the sword,
Hath melted like snow in the glance of the Lord!
Battle for Palmyra

Yes, the battle is won but the war is far from over. As I repeat time and again...the Satanists have literally "all the time in the world" to complete their destructive journey to world domination. Even now, as I type, they are putting the finishing touches on their next media onslaught against Russia and Putin (because, of course, it is the Russians...not the Syrians...who're currently blocking the path). The only way the evil ones can be defeated is by forcing them to fight in the open. As long as they can work "by deception" in the dark of night and in the shadows (via proxies) they will be successful. But they are like vampires and cannot work in the day. They're mortal cowards and can be scared off into retreat simply by the rays of sunlight and truth.
