Chrystia Freeland Update - Peacekeeping for AFRICOM - Strange Advance - We Run

Cdn. Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland
is expected to start a push to educate Canadians
on the risks of modern peacekeeping in a speech
coming up in a few weeks.

Time for one of my regular updates on the latest activities of the perfidious, diplomatically challenged [banned from entering Russia, one of the world's three Superpowers] Canadian Foreign Minister, Chrystia Freeland.  It appears from a CBC report, Chrystia is drafting a major speech which will change the current mandate of the Canadian military.  Currently the Canadian military is supposedly minding its own business re International conflicts...but that is about to change.  Canada is again going to be taking on an international "Peacekeeping Role".  Back in the days of Prime Minister Lester Pearson, Canada became world renowned as an "honest broker" peace negotiator and thereafter, as peace keeper.  This was particularly shown in the crisis over the Mediterranean Island of Cyprus.

Then Canada was given the task of trying to separate the TuTu's and Houthis in the African nation of Rwanda in the early 1990's.  The result was a soul searing experience described by Canadian Commander Romeo Dallaire in his book, "Shake Hands With The Devil". Here is a summation of Dallaire's book:

Serving in Rwanda in 1993 as a UN Force Commander, Lieutenant Romeo Dallaire and his small UN peacekeeping force found themselves abandoned by the world's major powers in a vortex of civil war and genocide. With meagre resources to stem the killing, General Dallaire was witness to the murder of 800,000 Rwandans in a hundred days, and returned home broken, disillusioned and suicidal. Shake Hands With The Devil is his return to Rwanda: a searing book that is both an eyewitness account of the failure of humanity to stop the genocide, and the story of General Dallaire's own struggle to find a measure of peace, reconciliation and hope.

With the 20/20 hindsight acquired through the passage of time, we now know that the Rwandan massacre was not an accident.  It was a deliberate creation of war and chaos by the Clinton Presidency...just as they had sown seeds of war in the countries that made up the former Yugoslavia.  It was President Bill Clinton and his military henchmen who abandoned Dallaire and his fellow Canadian Peacekeepers in Rwanda.

Now we have the diplomatically crippled Canadian Foreign Minister Freeland...a long time friend of the Clintons [recently photographed sitting beside Hillary at a public function] working up a policy that will again place Canadians in the neocon, ziofascist wars constantly being stirred up by USrael.  Please read the following excerpt from the CBC report and I will have more thoughts in comments to follow:
A major component of the Liberal government's plan to return Canada to peacekeeping involves using Canadian soldiers to train and mentor other, less experienced United Nations forces, say defence and government sources.

The strategy, which would possibly be employed in some of the most dangerous parts of Africa, is a departure from traditional peacekeeping, which is popular in the public imagination.

And in the opinion of some defence experts, it bears some resemblance to the kind of capacity-building counter-insurgency mission the Canadian Forces carried out in Afghanistan for the better part of a decade.

But it will also prepare the public for peacekeeping missions that could cost lives.

One of the scenarios envisions Canadian troops helping train African Union peacekeepers in a relatively safe place, such as the West African nation of Burkina Faso, and then transporting the combined force into the country where they would operate
.

Canadian soldiers would also accompany their apprentices into field in order to support them, reinforce lessons and ensure they don't get into trouble. UN missions in that part of the world have been marred with allegations of rape and child sexual abuse.
Echoes of Afghanistan

The concept sounds similar to the operational mentoring and liaison teams that Canadian troops used to help build up the Afghan National Police in Kandahar. The idea of being seen as a leader in training peacekeepers and the development of uniform standards is politically attractive to the Liberals, who are eager to push the "Canada is back" narrative on the world stage.

Sources say the plan has also been given "enthusiastic" buy-in among senior UN officials who are themselves eager to improve the quality of peacekeeping soldiers, many of whom are ill-equipped and from developing countries.

Mali is most often mentioned as a possible destination and has been the focus of repeated research trips by senior federal officials, including Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan.

The list has also included, at various points over the last year, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Central African Republic.  While justifying the absence of a decision in March, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said deploying troops is a not a move to be taken lightly, but also noted Canada has had "a difficult history in Africa as peacekeepers."

He was referring to the disastrous missions to both Somalia and Rwanda in the mid-1990s.

The United States' Empire has always had a proprietary interest in the African Continent and its wealth of resources...including rare metals used in technology. It has formed a dedicated military wing called AFRICOM, just for the purpose of intruding, controlling and exploiting the countries in that beleaguered continent.  The 800,000 massacred Rwandans were simply collateral damage in that ongoing policy.  Now, the US MIC is capitalizing on its success in infiltrating one of the Clinton assets into the Canadian Parliament/Liberal Cabinet by using her (neo-Nazi supporter Chrystia Freeland) to get Canadian soldiers to be military patsies and proxies in their ongoing military program.  So, Canadians are going to train soldiers on one side of a civil war again?  Isn't that what we're currently doing in Ukraine?  Now, tell me please HOW IS TRAINING ONE SIDE OF A CIVIL WAR "PEACEKEEPING"?

In order to be effective in making peace...isn't the most important attribute "neutrality"?  But, instead, what appears to be in the planning stage are more incidents where Canadian soldiers get their hands bloody, stirring up and maintaining war and chaos in far off lands.  Chrystia Freeland is a Clintonista foreign mole in the Canadian government and needs to be eradicated!

Just yesterday, while I was mulling over this post, I came across an old Canadian hit from the 1980's that seems to sum up current Canadian foreign policy under Freeland--obscure with a lot of violent overtones.  Have a listen and read the lyrics copied below.  This is one of the best songs to come out of Canada during that era:

You're on your own and meet a friend
Who doesn't kill but wounds for life
The sun blinds you through the trees
While watching clues fall from the skies

And she smiles

At the point of the knife
You never see anyone
How the strong will survive
At the end of their gun

We Run

Frozen smiles for men returned
They never even left this place
She kissed me softly on the cheek
And a shadow cut across her face

At the point of the knife
You never see anyone
How the strong will survive
At the end of their gun

We Run

I walked for miles and miles to the sea
I know you never tried to deceive

At the point of the knife
You never see anyone
How the strong will survive
At the end of their gun

At the point of the knife
You never see anyone
How the strong will survive
At the end of their gun
