***************************** In the meantime, as we wait for the polls to close...we can follow the "Cookie Vote" results.
Posted at 3:45 PM PT This photo says it all....landslide for Trump
Posted at 5:11 p.m, PT, Trying to find a decent TV channel to watch. They're all pro Hillary. From a survey of the different channels...Clinton is leading in the three "must win" states of Ohio, North Carolina and Florida. It's not looking good.
Posted at 5:18 p.m. PT. Decided to follow the election via FOX Live. The TV pundits are saying that this election is "enthusiasm" versus "ground work" (organization). They're saying that Pennsylvania and New Hampshire are most important for Trump.
Posted at 5:28 p.m. PT . BBC is saying that Clinton has 68 electoral votes while Trump has 66. 270 are needed to win. How close can you get????
Posted at 5:43 p.m. PT CNN is saying that Trump is slightly ahead in Florida. It is overall an extremely close race. As I said above in the post preamble....a close race is ripe for the picking by the tweakers and the manipulators.
Posted at 5:58 pm PT Checked RT and while RT has NOT been covering the US election (I suspect this is on orders from Putin so as to not add fuel to the Clinton fire that Russia is trying to influence the US elections) RT has noted that the Republicans are predicted to control the House...if Trump wins...this means he could actually DO something...unlike the Obomber.
Posted at 6:05 p.m. PT NYT is showing that Trump is 2+ points ahead of Hillary in the battleground of Florida. Trump is leading in south west Florida. This is the best news of the night....so far.
Posted at 6:12 p.m. PPT CBC is saying that Trump just jumped ahead in the Electoral vote count to 125 to Clinton's 97...."Happy Days are Here Again!!!"
Posted at 6:34 p.m PT RT is reporting that Trumpis now ahead in the electoral college vote count 137 to 104.
Posted at 6:45 p.m PT Well, folks...it was about this time on election night during the 2004 Bush/Kerry (s)election that there was a dramatic paussssseeeeeee in the returns. When the lights went back on...metaphorically speaking, of course, Bush was winning as opposed to Kerry who had been winning just before the pregnant pause. There does seem to be a lull in the pace of returns so I will take a wee break and see if...when I come back....Clinton has made a dramatic come back!
Posted at 8:07 p,m, PT. Just as I thought. When I came back to watch results and Clinton according to CNN has taken California! Mysteriously, they announce the California results but have not announced the final Florida results. Here is the BBC projection...Hillary at 190 electoral votes and Trump at 187. Folks...history will record that it was just moments ago...perhaps 8 p.m. Pacific Time...that the "fix was in". This is the time when the election was stolen from Trump. SOMETHING STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN HERE.
Posted at 8:18 p.m. PT. Well, it appears that they've finally officially announced that Trump has taken Florida...AFTER they announced that California went to Clinton. Trump has 222 electoral votes to Clinton's 202. I will NEVER believe that Clinton took Califorinia. It just doesn't make sense if she lost Florida. So something is definitely amiss here.
Posted at 8:25 p.m. PT. RT is reporting that with news of a Trump lead...the Canadian Immigration Website has crashed. LOL don't know if it's true or not...nobody is working there at this hour anyway. As I see it...they with the news of the very quick California result...the fix is in...this election result was trending towards Donald but now Hillary is again ahead in the electoral votes. I see this election being stolen as we speak and type. This is very dramatic, folks...it's just as I said it was going to happen...very similar to what happened to Kerry in 2004. He was winning...there was a pregnant pause in the M$M reporting...then he was losing. Same thing.
Posted at 8:36 p.m. PT CNN has projected that Trump has taken Florida and now has 216 electoral votes to Clinton's 197. BUT they are now saying that it could even end up to be a virtual tie in the electoral college...which means that it could go to the new House of Representatives to decide.
Posted at 8:50 p.m. PT CBC is saying that Trump is ahead by 244 to Clinton's 210 Using the accompanying map of declared and projected states/electoral votes for either side...I end up with...drumroll please.....Clinton 250 and Trump 280. So at 8:56 p.m. PT it would appear that Trump is the winner...unless some states "flip"...which could happen. So, although I will never accept that California voted for Clinton...it might be that he has overcome the loss of those electoral votes.
Posted at 9:44 p.m. PT This is the last post of the evening. I'll wake up tomorrow and hopefully Trump will have won. If he does not win I will be hard pressed to believe that the vote was not tampered with. But you never know. If I wake up to discover that Clinton is the next President of the United States, I will not be at all surprised. Believe me, that has happened before and in the not to distant past. In any event, tomorrow I will wrap up this post with a final analysis. In the meantime, here is a rather fun summation of the campaign by the BBC,
