Will Bloggers be Next?!

Hear No Evil, See No Evil, Speak No Evil
CBC approved posters on public view

From today's CBC:

Starting soon: To encourage thoughtful and respectful conversations, for all new accounts, first and last names will appear with each submission to CBC/Radio-Canada's online communities (except in children and youth-oriented communities). Pseudonyms will no longer be permitted for existing community members in June.
By submitting a comment, you accept that CBC has the right to reproduce and publish that comment in whole or in part, in any manner CBC chooses. Please note that CBC does not endorse the opinions expressed in comments. Comments on this story are moderated according to our Submission Guidelines. Comments are welcome while open. We reserve the right to close comments at any time.

My Response which, of course, was "disabled":

Reading the new rules about posting on CBC forums above...I see I will effectively be banned from posting starting in June. I have posted under this pseudonym for over a decade and have a Blog with the same name. this is nothing less than a gestapo tactic to get rid of "controversial" posters. Will the CBC be publishing the names of the censors (first and last?) we need to know who is making this demand and who will be judging our posts for "offending material"....I suspect it is the ziofascist trolls who have controlled the media for decades...let's have their NAMES!« less

I predict that this is just the beginning.  Next Google/Blogger will outlaw pseudonyms.  This is a deliberate and calculated attack on free speech.  Many bloggers wouldn't mind publishing their names (kind of an ego trip) if they weren't so worried that they and their families would be targeted, put under surveillance...and harassed.  Most importantly, if the blogger has a job....s/he might have that threatened.  The kind of people who make up these rules are exactly the kind of people who will make free speech dangerous in order to silence opposition and those with unpopular views.

IMO, this latest draconian CBC strategy is a threat to free speech all over the world and at every level!

Triply troubling in light of recent pronouncements that artificial-intelligence-driven autonomous weapon systems are being programmed to read and react to social media.

Yes, it was only a matter of time before they "attempted" to shut down the Blogosphere. It was their only effective opposition. They needed to shut it down prior to any more of their planned draconian attacks on constitutions, democracy or the anti-war movement.

Once they shut us down...it will be BOMBS AWAY!!
