American "Justice System" "deals" with the Freddie Gray case

Lt. Brian Rice, left, and Officer Garrett Miller two of six Baltimore city police officers charged in connection to the death of Freddie Gray, leave the Maryland Court of Appeals on Thursday, March 3, 2016, in Annapolis, Md. Maryland Court of Appeals heard the oral arguments in five cases related to the arrest and death of Freddie Gray. (AP Photo/Jose Luis Magana)

The above two officers were, if my recollection is correct, the "bicycle policemen" who (without due cause) chased and apprehended Freddie Gray.  After they caught him, they threw him to the ground and bent his legs back until his ankles touched his spine.  As most humans know, if you do that to another human being, his spinal cord will snap--right at the small of his back.  This is what happened to Freddie.  He never walked unaided afterwards.  He was thereafter dragged to the police van and lay on the floor.  He was shackled during a later stop.

Therefore, according to normal human common sense, it's the two officers above who should be brought to trial. No one else.  The Justice System in Baltimore, Ohio, unfortunately, sees it differently. They have gone with the smoke, mirrors and red herring form of jurisprudence that has been honed to a fine tipped blade in the US of A.  The "smoke and mirrors" is the black officers they are using to divert attention (and justice) away from the white gestapo police.  The black officers came on the scene AFTER Freddie was rendered a quadriplegic.  They had no real cause or effect at that point.  The "red herring" is all the legal bull$h!t and bafflegab motions and appeals that are intentionally delaying justice.

Read the latest report on the trial as reported in the baltimoresun.  If you can follow the route to justice through the maze of motions, appeals and legal circumlocution....you're a better man than I am, gunga din.
