Putin in Crosshairs of NATO - IMO, best for him NOT to attend Climate Conf. in Paris

Vladimir Putin in thought

Folks, I have some very serious trepidation's concerning Vladimir Putin's personal welfare--due to the implications of reports like the the one linked here where a Lebanese official says NATO okayed Turkey's downing of the Russian jet.

The perps are getting truly desperate...and desperate men do desperate things.

From the LA Times

More than 100 heads of state and government, including Obama, have accepted invitations to attend the opening days of the conference. requested postponement of the summit, an event he called “crucial to the planet’s future.”
Canceling or even delaying the conference would present organizers
French Prime Minister Manuel Valls said that no world leader had with a logistical nightmare. It could also send the wrong political message and hand Islamic State, which has claimed responsibility for the Paris assault, an enormous propaganda victory.
“Let me appeal to all world leaders that we meet in Paris,” Donald Tusk,  president of theEuropean Union, said Sunday at the Group of 20 summit in Antalya, Turkey. “We must demonstrate that the world is united in our fight against climate change, but also show solidarity against terrorism. Our presence in Paris should be a sign that the world is not intimidated.”
The above arguments in favour of proceeding with the conference in spite of the recent bloodbath in Paris....seems to be an appeal to ego, rather than prudence or judgment. As in "We have to have the conference so that ISIS won't think less of us." C'mon!  I don't fear the crowds of demonstrators...who will, at any rate, not be allowed near the leaders. I fear the "lone nut patsies" who are omni-present in today's cabal-ridden world.

The information that gives me the most creeps is the news that Turkish President Erdogan has said he wants to meet "Face to Face" with Putin in Paris. It's almost like a challenge to a duel..."pistols at dawn"? He's baiting Putin with the challenge that, if Putin cancels out, he'll be seen as weak and scared. Is this laying a trap? Folks, I just don't have a good feeling about this at all. Not to mention... the Climate Conference is bogus to start with. But that's the subject of a whole other post.
